Decent purchase, one small snag

I bought some Lickeys products, a few different items. The selection was pretty good and the prices seemed fair. The package took a bit longer to arrive than I thought, about 8 days, which was a little frustrating. Everything was well-packed though, and the items themselves were good quality, exactly what I ordered. I had a question about one of the products and emailed customer service; they took a couple of days to respond, but their answer was helpful. Overall, a good value, but shipping could be a touch faster.

Smooth experience overall

I purchased a couple of retail goods from Lickeys last month. The ordering process was straightforward; the website was easy to navigate and I found exactly what I needed without any hassle. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me in California, which was within their estimated window. The items were well-packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I didn't need to contact customer support, so can't comment on that, but based on the product quality and delivery, I'd say it was a solid purchase. Everything worked as expected. It's a shame the site is down now.

Got a cool accessory

I bought an accessory from Lickeys a while back. It was pretty easy to find what I wanted on their site, and checking out was smooth. The item got to me in about a week. It looked just like the picture too. Happy with it.

Reliable as always

This was my third time ordering from Lickeys, I think. I got some apparel this time. It was the same good experience as before. My order shipped fast, and the quality of the apparel was what I expected. They've always been consistent for me, which is why I keep coming back.
